Graduation and Promotions

General Information
All Ceremonies Will:
- Take place on the Upper School Athletic Field
- Begin at 10:00 am (all ceremonies last approximately 1.5 to 1.75 hours)
- Open parking lots at 8:00 am (see below for more information)
- Be open for guest seating at 9:00 am
- Include 八年级和十二年级典礼上每个家庭有六个场边座位 (There is no limit for the 5th grade promotion). 观众区后面的露天看台上有多余的座位. 请注意:入场不需要任何形式的门票
- Be followed by a refreshment reception on the Upper School (US) patio
Photos and Livestreaming:

Parking, Valet, and Special Assistance:
- 海德罗伊斯F停车场将提供自助停车服务, the Greek Orthodox Church parking structure, 以及摩门教堂海德罗伊斯(Head-Royce)的接送场地，先到先得. Parking lots will open at 8:00 am.
- 在初中和高中的典礼上，也将提供代客泊车服务 starting at 8:30 am. There is no valet for the 5th grade ceremony.

Guidelines for Events on the Athletic Field:
